Back to where it all started

One of my favorite movies is El Laberinto del Fauno by Gulliermo del Torro. What I love about the movie is that it talks about an Escape, THE ESCAPE. A world a girl had created out of her imagination to be able to stray away from the harsh realities of her young miserable life of war, abuse and expectations. As much as the labyrinth was an escape for the little Blogging the does the same way for  me. A place where i can be anyone i want to be. I can pour out the thoughts bowled in my mind and heart thus revealing the reflections of my soul.

We all have our own escapes. Whether it is confining yourself between the earphones stuck in your head. Maybe going to a certain place over and over again whenever you need to reflect or seek serenity. We call it our happy place. Wherein at a certain point we feel a sense of security. More so find a sense of vulnerability and infinity at the same time.

Having said that, this is my happy place. This is my infinity. I feel limitless when I blog (reference to Perks, yes!)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

I have mild dyslexia. I will have lots of grammar lapses and word gaps. I don't proofread my posts before i publish them simply because I think it would be a disrespect to my emotion at that moment of typing and thinking to actually alter what was running through my head. Besides, this is my writing, you are welcome to read and react but doesn't give you the entitlement to judge my thoughts as if you are the owner and in control of my world.

Thus naming this page Language of My Own.
